About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

• Translate complex needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

• Support the design and implementation of new systems, processes, and workflows.

• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and data analysis to validate requirements.

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful delivery.

• Produce clear documentation including user stories, process maps, and business cases.

• Monitor project progress and measure outcomes against business objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a commercial or public sector environment.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.

• Confident communicator, able to influence and build relationships at all levels.

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar is desirable.

• Background in technology, financial services, or transformation projects is a plus.
